While at Epirus Music Lab we are most of the time busy with other people’s music, whenever we have some time off we get up to no good and make our own sweet noise, all while trying to make sense of the world around us. These extracurricular activities have slowly been converging into two projects, one of which is Δystopian_Farmer. We’re working on an album titled ‘CAN WE MAKE A DIFFERENCE?’ Mostly new music, combining our favourite music from back in the previous century when we were young and without a clue, with Greek Traditional influences – thoroughly mangled – and spiced up with Michiel’s upgraded firewood instruments. We managed to trick one of the most legendary drummers from the valley into playing with us and make us look good. Then we hoodwinked a friend from our other project, Ekeino, (more on that project soon) into helping us wherever we need a hand. He still seems to think we are having a good time. And then, seeing that we were getting quite good at this con game, pretending to know what we are doing, we got a whole bunch of people convinced they should drop their work and come help us to make a completely crazy music video. So far so good. We might as well release it and see what happens.
